Victory Over Sin by Sister Mixgirl (April 2008) WHAT IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST? Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God (1John 3:9). GOD'S SEALING MESSAGES Our world needs a blessing of understanding; as mankind needs to recognize that once an individual is clothed with the Righteousness of the Messiah, they have VICTORY OVER SIN (Isaiah 64:6, Philippians 3:9-11, Revelations 3:17,18). Jesus was born in sinful fallen flesh as a means of restoring mankind to its Edenic state, the “crux” of the matter; the very core of the redemption plan. Jesus was born "under the law", made sin, to prevent us from sinning (Galatians 4:4, 1John 3:9). We need strength. I hope that through this article God will speak to all, as it is very rich. Jud 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. If one is to understand Prophecy one will have to study history. History is fulfilled Prophecy, when God sent out his Prophets to deliver His messages and decrees it became “history” and every event solidifies the word. God is true and every event moves us forward in time, then finally it moves us into the present, until the question is asked, what is the next event. Jud 1:5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. The same people that God sent the ten plagues to in Egypt for their deliverance, He ended up destroying the majority of them, only two of the original group who left Egypt entered into the promise land. God has lead us out of Egypt in 1844 is this a parallel? Yes it is! Jud 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Not only were the people that God lead out of the land of Egypt destroyed but fallen Angels created sinless by God will be destroyed also, this is very serious, people. Jud 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. God had told the people if you go after this strange flesh and all the false instruments, you will too be burned like Sodom and Gomorrah. The crux of the matter is Victory Over Sin. So singing, tithe paying, and all the church going, the things that are taking place inside the churches today, can’t take the place of having Victory Over Sin. Sanctuary Victory Over Sin is the “GOLD”, It’s The First Angel's Message. God didn’t come to save us in our sins, Jesus came to save us from our sins, which takes us into the Most Holy Place, where sins are blotted out which is our first experience. The flicking flame has nothing to do with the foundation. It’s the most holy place and remember if the people of the typical day hadn’t confessed their sins, they would not have been forgiven. In otherwords, their sins couldn’t be blotted out on the Day Of Atonement. Judgment will be passed from the dead to the living. In 1844 we began living in holy time, judgment has already passed from the dead. The investigative judgment is now on the living. When you count the time of the Prophecy of the 2,300 days it puts us at 1844, from 457 BC (Dan 8:14). When the judgment is passed from the dead to the living for the dead it must be passed and reviewed by God. And Judgment is now on the living. Many people ask how can this be, and for one they are not studying correctly. We have to move into this walk for ourselves and study, learning how Jesus can part the clouds to gather those that sleep in him and those that remain? Judgment is occurring right now. We as a people must have the same experience as the people did on the literal Day of Atonement. Remember we are in the Anti-Typical times. In the typical day it was just a one day affai r. (KJV) Leviticus 23:27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD (KJV) Ezra 8:21 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance. (It’s Redemption Plan) We are in the antitypical day of Atonement. We should be afflicting our souls. In the typical day on the first day that the trumpet was blown, they started cleansing themselves, as they knew that the judgment day was coming. Ten days away, the nation of Isreal got rid of everything that would cause them to be tied to the world in any way or focused on sin. Worldy books that they should not have been reading, grudges, hate, Malice, and every evil, was shut down, they strived for perfection. Fasting is the equivalent of afflicting our souls. They literally abstained from food, and anyone that was not ready was forever separated from the nation of Israel along with the Scapegoat in the typical Day of Atonement. They did not let anything take their minds off of Perfection and God. And the scapegoat where all of their sins were symbolically placed on the goat, as all sins were forgiven. They were prepared at the end of the 10th day. They were clean! Anti-type (us) whom, “God is seeking to cleanse spiritual Israel the Anti-type”. They had to also make an offering to God with fire. (KJV) Zechariah 8:3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain. (The Redemption Plan) When man was created we were made for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit but, once sin entered the world the Holy Spirit couldn’t dwell in man without grace. Thus, mankind was instructed to build a Sanctuary in the middle of their camp so that God could dwell among them, living until God’s plan was achieved. God made a direct call for the children of Israel to evacuate their Captivity after Seventy years, history says that there were two to three million Jews during that time period however, less than fifty thousand responded to God's calling. They had gotten into Babylon they were prosperous they had also moved up the ranks (Babylon now representing the entire world). To go back to Jerusalem they were going back to build the temple which, Nebuchadnezzar had left laying in ruins. Zechariah, says that Jerusalem is the city of truth. It was a nine hundred mile journey to return to Jerusalem by foot it, a treacherous journey. Many tried everything to prevent the Jews from returning back to Jerusalem, their enemies laid in wait to, prevent the call that God, had placed for the Jews, to go back and build the temple. The Levites were the first ones to go on to the side of the Lord when Moses came back from the mountain when the call was made to go back to Jerusalem not one Levite would go; they were the Preachers and the leaders. They had to make a second and a third call when only a few Levites came out of Babylon, returning back to the truth. When they got there, there for four things they had to do when building the temple, they had to build an Alter before they could ever start building the Temple, and the Alter is the place of sacrifice. The next thing they did was lay the foundation and finally they built the temple and the walls around the Temple. There were Jews that had never seen it they knew nothing about the temple the ones that had gone into Captivity, as many had died; the young couldn’t even speak the Jewish language. A generation in the bible was forty years and they were in captivity for Seventy years. The young men had never seen Solomon’s temple, as they did not know what an investigative Judgment was. The Bible says torment was occurring, as the old men cried and the young men were excited. The older men had seen the original temple, the young thought it was the most wonderful thing they had ever seen, as it was dedicated no Sheke'nah glory came into this temple, Solomon’s Temple the Sheka 'nah Glory impregnated it but, not this temple. In 524 B.C. Haggai (there are only two small chapters of his book please read them) came to them and told them to rebuild this temple, as the Messiah will inhabit it. He told them this temple would be more important than Solomon’s Temple because Jesus would visit it. Everything is about Christ Jesus is what many Protestants of today state, discounting the Old Testament. Both Old and New Testaments are important as the redemption was all about Jesus, prophesied in the Old Testament. From the garden of Eden God immediately informed mankind that they had a redemption plan. (KJV) Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. (KJV) Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Mind will be transformed “Godly” we have to look at this Anti-typically as the sacrifice; selfishness and pride is the head of all sin. God instructed His chosen to built an Alter, foundation, Obediently they built the temple and then finally the walls. Remember Jesus said he will not dwell in an unclean temple and when he had purged the Temple they messed it up again and when he came back they were rebuked for such actions, Mat 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate (Redemption Plan). No spirit is within any building anymore, after Jesus died and was resurrected WE became the literal temples. God gave them the building and he said no stone would be left upon another. Thus, no temple has been built since. Let us LOOK OUT and be ready to stand with our temples cleansed. God is trying to get us to cleanse our temples. 1Co 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (KJV) Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Now four things have to be done on The Day Of Atonement. Gods's people must afflict their (fast) souls and make holy convocation to God, absent of servile labor. Make an offering by fire to the Lord. When the cleansing was taking place, there was blood on the veil, confession the sins of the dead and the living. It represented the dead and the living before the day of atonement. Some Jews had confessed their sin had brought their lamb and the priest had to sprinkle the blood on the veil, those involved died by faith before the Day Of Atonement. This day of judgment consisted of the blotting out of the sins. In 1844 the Judgment ended with the dead, and moved on to the living. The people that assembled around the Sanctuary were living people. Those living people on that day could not do any servile labor. When this final event took place servile labors were marked by an angel as guilty of sin and abomination. Since 1844 we have been in holy time, as the day of atonement was a ceremonial Sabbath day. The living today is the antitype on the Day of Atonement. We should now be preparing to get away from the cares of this world, as God is now preparing the laymen from the inside of the churches to receive the latter rain. Satan is doing all he can to prevent this from happening, as when we start mixing truth with error it all becomes error. The Omega is the Apostasy of Strange powerc, striving to be more like God. The warfare has started a battle that is ongoing. If we don’t believe that we can have victory over sin as many are preaching that we can not have Victory Over Sin before Christ's returns, which is false. The Messiah's return is conditional, contingent on the remnant/harvest's readiness (Mark 4). (KJV) Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. (KJV) Romans 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. (KJV) Romans 7:16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that [it is] good. (KJV) Romans 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. (KJV) Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but [how] to perform that which is good I find not. (KJV) Romans 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. (KJV) Romans 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. Paul is saying he’s having trouble with himself; Professed Christians have been living this life so long they are saying they can’t overcome sin. What Paul was saying many have said Paul was in his unconverted state; Paul wasn’t living for Christ in his unconverted state. He wasn’t an apostle in his unconverted state. (KJV) Romans 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. (KJV) Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: (KJV) Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me (that is winning the war) into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. Paul is saying sin is a law there is a law of sin (1John 3:4), and the members are our body parts he is saying my mind my feet and hands won’t let me do it Corinthians 12 tells us that our body parts are our members. The key is Jesus, as the bible says Jesus came in the likeness of sinful flesh yet without sin. Christ was made in the flesh and blood of mankind. (KJV) Philippians 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: He didn’t say let this flesh be in you or, our arms, eyes, nose and feet. Let our mind be in him because with the mind of Christ Jesus then with this mind we can tell our members what it is not going to do and not yield. The key is having the mind of Christ Jesus, as we need this mind of Jesus for a sinless living. God has foreknolwedge , understanding what theologians would do well in advance. That is why he gave us the Spirit of Prophecy, as we must understand the prophecy given to us. To keep our members in line we should fast at least once per week. Trials lead many to fast. The first day is the hardest and after the third day the body gives up and goes for the reserves. Afflicting our souls puts us in a direct line with Christ, things that once bothered us during a fast become unimporttant. Fasting is how we keep the flesh under subjection, as the body should be serving the mind instead of the body dictating to the mind. Just as Satan visited Eve in the garden of Eden using diet, Satan, tried the same thing with Jesus. Satan tempted Christ at the point of diet. Christ teaches that it takes fasting to cast out certain spirits. (KJV) Matthew 17:19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? (KJV) Matthew 17:20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. (KJV) Matthew 17:21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. Unless we put self in its place, we are we not going to deny ourselves. When the children of Israel built the alter after coming out of captivity the first thing they did was lay themselves on the alter. We must have temperance, manifesting all Fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22,23). God communicates with us. (our temples) If we want victory over sin, we must have Christ, on the inside, for the only hope in glory is Christ “ in us”. After the nine hundred mile journey out of the world back to Jerusalem they had to put self (their bodies) on the alter, it wasn’t until they put selfishness and self-righteousness on the alter they could not lay the foundation for building the temple as Paul tells us: (KJV) 1 Corinthians 9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. We have to start with temperance to have Victory over sin. Peter says, (KJV) 2 Peter 1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; (KJV) 2 Peter 1:6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; (KJV) 2 Peter 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. By adding these things Christ comes in and vices goes out, a sure sign of conversion we become a new creature, God lets us know in the word we are to study to show ourselves approved, The lord wants us to get into our word. Without temperance we can never move to, the next step which is patience then Godliness then, on to brotherly kindness, charity, and faith. It will never happen, and it’s why many of us are failing, not to mention without rest which, many in today’s world isn’t, getting no one can be patient without adequate rest, we must take care of our bodies. (KJV) Jude 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, who can do this? Jesus. Temperance gets us ready for the second coming of Christ. So what is faith? Sin is the transgression of God’s Law, non-compliance with the Ten Commandments. These red dots ( --- ) represent Traffic lights, if you run a traffic light you have transgressed the law you are now under the condemnation of the Law. You were able to get off from the ticket, running these lights have nothing to do with the up coming lights. When Adam and Eve Sinned in the garden do you think they ate anymore from the same tree? No. but, staying away from the tree would, have saved them? No. They could have kept the law for the rest of their lives but they were still under condemnation. So keeping of the law will not save us no matter how well we keep it, “looking for righteousness by faith here! Keeping the law will not save us because of “The Penalty”. Legalistic Jews did not understand the plan of salvation, as they were seeking salvation in the law. We have no righteousness, as we are only righteouss through Christ, obeying the Ten Commandments (Exo 20, Isa 64:6, Phil 3:9). As an analogy, let's examine a scenario: The Police say, I’m going to let you go. I’ll, pay this ticket for you, but it doesn’t count for the rest of the lights you may run, thus simlarly we are under grace, as Christ paid the Penalty. When adam and eve transgressed God’s law in the Garden Of Eden, Christ becoming the Last Adam had to pay the penalty of death, becoming our living Sacrifice. (KJV) Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (KJV) (The Plan of Salvation had already been laid out if, man had sinned.) (KJV) Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. The ticket has been paid, your under grace does that give us the right to go and transgress the law again? NO! Jesus came so that, you and I, would have a power source from transgressing God’s Law. (KJV) Galatians 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. (Belief isn’t enough because devils believe and Tremble) (KJV) Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. (KJV) Galatians 5:6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Faith is believing God Obeying God and we are motivated by Love. We love God we have a genuine love for God. Once we realize after having the mind of Christ, and what God has done for us we love him, that he sent his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him will have ever lasting life. Righteousness by faith is a precious message, absent of disobedience. If we believe God, we are going to obey God, motivated by love. Paul spoke about our need to do right thing while keeping our body under submission to God. We must have temperance, possessing the power to obey. Christ empowered man with His Divinity, providing an example of obedience, as He gives us power to obey. His life testifies that we must obey the law of God. Every child of Adam is under the bondage of sin. Christ came, edifying all about the need to live a sinless life (Matt 5:48). Christ took on human nature, he was tempted by Satan out in the wilderness, the time of trouble (at the cross) the love for people he came in contact with, endured temptation, all through his life from childhood to manhood (Matt 4:1-14, Heb 4:15). Be ye perfect for “I” am perfect. Jesus took on the nature like all of us born into a result of sin, from Adam, showing us a sinless life, all that we have to bare He endured. We are to live upright and noble. The Penalty is death for sin, by the flesh we are under the bondage of sin. Sickness, aging and poor eye-sight is all as the result of sin. (KJV) Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man (In Adam) sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all (Through Adam) have sinned: We all have to die from the nature of the flesh that’s the first death that is the result of death, unless by the grace of God you’re chosen in the 144,000, withstanding trials and tribulation (Rev 6:17, Rev 7:1-4, Rev 16). In all by Adam all die, the penalty of sin is “THE SECOND DEATH”. None of the righteous has to suffer the Second Death. We have to pray as Christ prayed, there was never any desire or an evil propensity in Christ. Prayer was Christ's Divine direct line continuously connected to heaven. If Satan causd Jesus to sin, he would have bruised his head. Had satan caused Christ to sin, the whole human race would have perished, divine wrath would have fell upon Christ, as it did with Adam. Christ both in mind and character, was completely withot sin. Our default system in sin is governed by the throne of grace (Heb 4:16). This will be changed. Jesus took it upon himself to take on human nature in all points, yet He was without sin. We are to keep our feet on the Rock as God revealed. Christ Jesus is the second Adam. Individuals who have no desire for additive drugs can never have a desire for individuals that abstan from drugs, harboring natural hate for their destructive lifes, genuinely hating them. Enmity, put between the seed of the serpent and the seed of the women was supernatural. Enmity is natural and supernatural as humanity and divinity was mysteriously combined man and God has become ONE. Enmity to sin and that is the only way we’re going to make it as Christ did. Also, through bringing our appetites in line with heaven, adding temperance and studying the word of God pray; Christ takes control of our minds. Righteousness by faith is simply Obedience and we have the power through Christ and in Him only. Amen (KJV) Phil 2:5 Let this Mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. King James Version The Holy Bible (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Are We Indifferent by Sister Yellowdays (June 2008) Satan's enmity against the human race is kindled because, through Christ, they are the objects of God's love and mercy. (From the very beginning of the great controversy in heaven it has been satan's purpose to overthrow the law of God) Satan summons all his forces and throws his whole power into the combat. Why is it that he meets with no greater resistance? Why are the soldiers of Christ so sleepy and indifferent? Because they have so little connection with Christ; because they are destitute of His spirit. Sin is not to them repulsive and abhorrent....They do not meet it, as did Christ, WITH DECISIVE AND DETERMINED RESISTANCE. They do not realize the exceeding evil and malignity of sin, they are blinded to both the character and the power of the prince of darkness....While men are ignorant of his devices, this viligant foe is upon their every track.....let Christians never forget that they "wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against wicked spirit in high places." Ephesians 6:12 "Be sober, be viligant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." 1 Peter 5:8 All who seek to follow Jesus will be brought into conflict with this relentless foe. The more nearly the Christian imitates the divine Pattern, the more surely will he make himself a mark for the attacks of satan. "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Ephesians 6:11 Taken from parts of chapter 30, in "The Great Controversy". E.G. White: The Great Controversy : 1911 Ed. pages 505 - 510, Laymen For Religious Liberty Inc. (USA 1990). Truth in Jesus: A New Covenant Experience by Sister Sabbay (June 13th, 2008) In order to keep God's laws we must have God's laws written in our hearts. Christ is our example, whom the Father gave us , displaying how we should live a Christ-like life; Christ had the "New Covenant" experience. Psalms 40:10,11. Human beings must understand that sacrifices and burnt offerings is not what the Lord prefers, God wishes that we would be victorious over sin and be obedient, living sinless lives. Whenever burnt offerings are offered, it means that one of God's creatures has to "die", and the Lord would rather us and his creatures live rather than have to die. Unrighteous human beings, tasting the second death was not God's intention. In order for the sinner to go free, a sacrifice has to go up in it's place, yet it's not that the Lord delights in sacrifices: 1Sa 15:19 Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD? 1Sa 15:20 And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites. 1Sa 15:21 But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal. 1Sa 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. When we remember Adam's sin, we remember Christ's sacrifice for our sins, becoming the last Adam. God takes no pleasure in the death of his creatures. Psalms 40:6 -- Sacrifice and offering thou did not desire, because it means death to the Lord's creatures. We must open our ears and then sacrifice does not become necessary. Psa 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. Christ was able to keep the law of God perfectly. Hebrews 1:9 explains how we can have a love for righteousness and a hatred for iniquity, only if the law of God is written in our hearts. We must love righteousness because of the "New Covenant Experience", for this is how God intended for his Creatures to live. Adam had that experience as did Lucifer and his angels prior to falling, however, they gave it up with disobedience. Christ is the new reproductive line through Adam because Adam gave up his "New Covenant Experience". Therefore, Adam's reproductive line was written off, so God had to start over with the 2nd Adam and Last Adam, Christ, which is the "quickening spirit" and that is what will make us a part of the family of heaven (1Cor 15:45). That is what happens to us when we are genuinely converted. Christ, once we are reborn of God, transforms us into new creatures. Christ went through all the steps that are required of us to be "Victorious over sin". Christ preached righteousness by faith. For us today as God's people, teaching the loud Cry of the Third Angel is essential, sharing the message of "Righteousness by Faith", must continue. The reason why the gospel lost it's power was because the Holy Spirit of God was not flowing through many who were professing the Word. We must have the law of God written in our hearts. If we have not personally experienced it, how can we teach it? Christ was born of the Spirit and the Holy Spirit flowed through Him. That is why Christ was so effective. We must be born of the Spirit, following Christ only as our Divine Example. Wherever Christ went, the message of truth and righteousness was flowing out through Him. We are to let the Fruits of the Spirit flow through us, once we have the spirit of God flowing through us, making us "New Creatures" we become willing vessels of God. Iniquity and Sin is very dangerous. Our sin was placed on Christ, making it necessary for Christ to constantly be in submission to the Father. With Christ's righteousness, we can resist sin, thus Overcoming this sinful world and our sinful flesh. Christ had the new covenant experience: Joh 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. Joh 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. Joh 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Since 1888, The Spirit of Truth revisited the Adventist Church with the precious message of "Righteousness by Faith" (Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel workers page 91 , 92) , even after being endorsed by Sis. White, it was not received by many. In order to be God's children, the "good seed" we must be born of the Spirit (Matt 13:38; 1John 3:9). We were born of the blood and will of the flesh and the will of man, but we need to be born of the will of God, keeping the commandments and the testimony of Jesus Christ (Rev 14:12). Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth Gal 4:4 But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, Gal 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Christ was made of a woman and made sin to redeem us so that we might receive the adoption of sons. We are flesh and Christ became flesh, so that we can become Spirit. We become son's of God through the Spirit of God. Luke 1:26 - 38 is Illustrative of the reproductive process from Christ, we can be born of the Spirit, having the law of God written in our hearts. This is the process by which Christ was conceived. Christ received His humanity from his mother, Mary, and His Divinity from the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit is what gave Christ Divinity and that is what gives us the "New Covenant Experience". Although it seems impossible: Luk 1:37 For with God nothing shall be impossible !!! Cited from "Truth For The Final Generation" Elder Ward's (June 13th 2008) Message www.TruthinJesus.org How Close are we to the End Time by Sister Sabbay (June 13th, 2008) As we continue to study and prepare for the unity in the Faith (Eph 4:13), a question arises in the minds of many. How close are we to the end and will the 144,000 have a denomination. There are many who have various opinions, however after careful study we must emphasize to both believers and non-believers that there are many that need to be called out of Babylon by the messengers of God. Teaching the three angel's messages to ..."every nation kindred tongue and people" (Rev 14:6), thus becomes essential. Many have remarked on the changes in times and the movement towards a globalized economy. We must make an extra effort to teach the messages, clarifying that the "National Sunday Law" is imminent and will present as a real challenge in the near future. We are living in serious times and many will not be prepared if we do not provide them with the book resources that we have been privy to as Seventh-day Adventists. The everlasting gospel (Rev 14:6-12) is the foundation of the Advent Message, empowered by the Holy Spirit, containing added power and glory by God's fourth angel, the Loud Cry of the Third Angel's Message (Rev 18:1-4). A real question has emerged with our studies regarding the denomination of the 144,000. Yet, as the shaking process continues in the church, many will be searching for terminology to define the last day denomination. A denomination is defined as a group of believers. The term 144,000 is mentioned throughout the scriptures, identifying those who will be able to withstand tribulation, following the close of probation for the world (Rev 6:17). Christ, through John the Revelator spoke to the Seven Churches, illustrating the movement of God's church since the time of Christ to present, from Ephesus to Laodicea (Rev 1:11). Identifying where we are in history is essential, as we will need to uphold the characteristics of the Last day Church, Philadelphia, (Rev 3:7,8). Without compromising, as we learned in the history of the Black Horse (Rev 6:5), compromise weakens the Church of Christ/Body of Christ. Balances in scripture symbolizes compromise. Thus we must focus on strengthening the true church of Christ, those that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ (Rev 14:12). These last days of persecution, regarding the National Sunday Law will purify the church, as those who are sincere believers will stand for truth and remain focused on Christ, without falling away. The emergence of the Laodicean condition in the Adventist Church in 1859 has been problematic for the final work (Testimonies Vol. 1 Index Part Five), thus all those who are sincere believers must heed the council of the faithful and True Witness, overcoming this Laodicean condition. True sincere believers will be taught by the Holy Spirit and all will share beliefs that are solely grounded by the Scriptures. The church of Philadelphia is true Adventism. As we prepare for the Latter Rain (James 5:7), embracing the return of Christ, true sincere believers must focus on becoming harvest ripe, perfecting Christ-like characters (Matt 5:48). Harvest ripe by biblical definition entails a process of establishing ..."first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear"(Mark 4:26-29). Christ's good seed's (Matt 13:38) preparation and perseverance will hasten His return "But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps" (Matt 25:4). Oil in the scriptures symbolizes the Holy Spirit. Babylon has fallen, however God's Kingdom and true remnant will live on eternally: Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: Brethren, we must remain faithful until the end, as our Redeemer, Christ, has reassured his chosen "... that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" (John 16:33). King James Version The Holy Bible (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) God's Language and Power by Sister Sabbay (June 20th, 2008) How powerful is THE WORD OF GOD ? Let us receive and experience the Word of God, enabling us to be His children both today and eternally. The Word became flesh (John 1:14). Let's embrace The Word, as Christ, the wisdom of God left His Throne in Heaven to redeem us from sin and corruptibility. Christ is our example and His Word will not return void (Isa 55:11), as there will always be a remnant of His seed: Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. His Word will not be empty, that is God's assurance that he will have a people. Peter says the word lives and abides forever: 1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever Those who believe it and are obedient, will be among this true remnant. The same way that God spoke and the world became in existence, is the same way that God's Word will be made manifest in our hearts. God speaks and things are done. The spirit, His infinite Power, are beyond what our finite minds can comprehend: Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. The Father spoke the Word and the Spirit moved across the waters at the onset of our world's creation. Christ is the wisdom of God who spoke humanly. God doesn't speak the way we speak. God must however speak the way we comprehend through the power of the Infallible Word of God, the Holy Scriptures: Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. As true Adventists, members of the church of Philadelphia (Rev 3:7,8), preparing for Christ's second coming we must reinforce that: 2Pe 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, Cited from "Truth For The Final Generation" Elder Ward's (June 20th 2008 Message) www.TruthinJesus.org Isaac, A man of Promise, Righteousness by Faith by Sister Sabbay (July 11th, 2008) Isaac a man of promise, a child bore of Sarah and Abraham, born of old age. Circumcision was given as a sign of Righteousness by faith (Phil 3:9). The old and new covenant can not dwell together. Within our daily life we must cast out our old covenant, worldly ways, accepting the new covenant, faith in God. The Most High requires a new covenant experience. (Genesis 21:12): “And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called” (Gen 21:12). An internal struggle signifies that one has not let go of their old ways. God said unto Abraham let it not be grievous, for in Isaac thy seed shall be called. Some of us may be going through a struggle regarding an old and new covenant experience. Both old and new covenants existed during the time of Abraham, later highlighted and amplified by Paul in Galatians 4. The son of the bondwoman, Ishmael was not heir with the son of promise, Isaac. Symbolically we can look at the characters of both Isaac and Ishmael. Ishmael was a man with his hand against everyman’s hands. Yet, the character of Isaac was one of submission and peace, as he moved away from contention, turning the other cheek: "But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also" (Matt 5:39). Isaac possessed divine nature. "A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger" (Pro 15:1), this is the character that God’s people must possess. If we find ourselves causing strife and contention, we have stepped out of the new covenant experience. We must not step out of the divine nature of God. Ishmael was a wild man, epitomizing an old covenant experience fueled by the works of the flesh (Gal 5:19-21). They that are born after the flesh will persecute, as evidenced by all the fallen Kingdoms of Babylon (Rev 18:1-4). Thus, the character of Christ, as evidenced in Isaac must radiate from inside our hearts outwards, manifesting the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22-23). Galatians 4 explains that the majority of the world’s population will manifest an old covenant experience; the new covenant will be observed in only a few, found without guile (Rev 14:4,5). Ishmael was mocking Isaac, epitomizing the spirit of Satan. Abraham’s spiritual seed must then cast out the old covenant experience completely. If we have the new covenant experience, we will be peaceful, children of God, displaying God’s character with whom we encounter, sharing the goodness of the Everlasting Gospel (Rev 14:6,7; Rom 1:16,17): "So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free" (Gal 4:31). We must surrender to God completely. "And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations" (Gen 17:9). Cited from "Truth For The Final Generation" Elder Ward's (July 11th 2008) Message www.TruthinJesus.org The Exodus Calling, National Sunday Law by Sister Sabbay (July 25, 2008) Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt (Exo 3:10). God calls his people out of ruins, let's revisit the example of Lot, instructing his family to LEAVE sodom and gomorrah, fleeing to the mountains, God's warning; avoiding destruction: Gen 19:17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. We are TRULY in serious times, as was Lot and his family. As illustrated by the level of immorality, existing in our world today. Homosexuals conjoining in marital unions, a salient example. Another obvious example of extreme IMMORALITY is Trans-sexuals procreating; unnatural affection (Rom 1:31, 1Cor 6:9, 2Tim 3:3) combined with God's precious blessing of fruitfulness, multiplication of mankind; created in His own image (Gen 1:27). Mankind and its iniquities have reached unto heaven, leading into the loud cry of the third angel's message (Rev 14:9-11); the fourth angel's CRY (Rev 18:4,5). Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. T here are several other examples in the bible which illustrate an OUT OF THE CITY'S call. God has chosen the Seventh-day Adventist Message, a movement, which has been unique in re-enforcing the keeping of the ten commandments, the decalogue, the Character God and the Faith of Jesus (Isa 8:20, Rev 12:17, 14:12). God's True SDA remnant will continue with the movement, responding to God's calling, despite imminent Sunday Law Persecution (Rev 13:11-18). By Scriptural allegorical reference, Corporate and Elitest America is the "Lamb-Like Beast" that emerges as gentle and peaceful, yet speaks as a dragon (Rev 13:11). Recalling history, Pagan Rome enacted the Sunday law in AD 321, later re-enforced by Papal Rome, permitting the death and persecution of Seventh-day Sabbath Believers and Keepers. "In the days of Rome's supremacy there were instruments of torture to compel assent to her doctrines" (GC p.319/569). We must abhor the Beast, The Romish Church's Papacy, and it's Image, Corporate and Elitest Protestant Entities within America, teaching others likewise, as harmony with the these Babylonian Powers is disharmony and disloyalty to God (GC p. 316/563). Martin Luther, a spiritually-driven reformer for Christ, was clear about his stance for absolute Truth in the scriptures. Sadly, Protestantism has majorly aligned with (Non-Denominationalism) Ecumenical deceptive teachings, falling into apostasy. Thus, the Roman Catholic church, Mother Harlot, and the Protestant Churches, its daughters (Rev 17:4,5) have become instruments of Satan, determined to prevent the completion of God's work. The Roman Church takes pride in the Laodicean condition of the SDA Movement (Rev 3:14,15). However, to God be the Glory, as "The reformation did not, as many suppose, end with Luther. It is to continue to the close of this world's history" (GC p.76/148). "But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day" (Pro 4:18). Targeted individuals in these PRESENT TIMES may be victims of High Technological Electromagnetic weaponry, disguised killings, manifested as heart attacks, myocardial infarction. Vaccinations also can no longer be trusted as they have evidenced levels of mercury attributed to child emotional problems, such as Austism, a pervasive developmental disorder. Defraud European (by origin) pharmaceutical companies, such as Merck also have a share in this disguised persecution of the populous, as they infiltrate medical organizations, steering physicians away from herbal remedies, encouraging legal drugs for "treatment". Thus brethren, we must diligently heed the calling of the TRUE WITNESS, Christ, remaining obedient and INFORMED; ensuring the sealing POWER OF GOD (Rev 12:17, Rev 7:4). Powerful/Elite Protestant Entities in America will become the image of the Roman Catholic Church's Papacy, reinstating the laws of Sunday law persecution (Rev 13:11-18). The National Sunday Law by definition will begin and apply to the United States of America, later becoming globally standardized, while the world welcomes a cashless system. America, with it's tremendous Power and Influence, as per the scriptures, written by John the Revelator, will allow the Papacy to establish Sunday as a Persecutory law (Rev 13:14,15), THE MARK OF THE BEAST (Rev 13:16). Remember, while exiled on the Isle of Patmos, John was given allegorical visions, as the Romans would have murdered him, had they been able to understand his inspired messages. The teaching that the Seventh-day Adventist movement is Babylon is not of God (2SM p. 63, 64), true Adventism is the Church of Philadelphia, uniquely obedient to God's ten commandments, loving and brotherly in character (Rev 3:7,8). As we understand that history will repeat itself, as the SDA church was given the precious message of RIGHTEOUSNESS by Faith (at the Minneapolis Conference by Elders Waggoner and Jones): for over 100 years, most rejected this PRECIOUS TRUTH, remaining lethargic and spiritually ASLEEP (Rev 3:14,15). God will move his message forward, with His True SDA remnant. Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. King James Version The Holy Bible (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Do Not Despise The Little Ones by Sister Yellowdays (July 29, 2008) Dear Friends, I recently expounded on a scripture and studied the matter a bit and would like to share it with you. It is in regards to the scripture Matthew 18:10 which says, Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. The Bible refers "little ones" as not only just little children, but also as new converts to Christ. So the Bible is saying we should be especially careful when it comes to people that are just coming to the flock of God. The Bible even warns us, so much as this, Mat 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. The Holy Spirit is constantly trying to convict people of sin and bring them to Christ and if we offend them even in the smallest way, God help us if that person falls away because of a offense that we may have caused. On the other hand, if we offend a small child in a way that they refuse Christ when they get older, it is better that you drown yourself. This is not a light matter.... Mat 18:7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Mat 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. So let's not forget that everyone is precious in God's eyes, lets give them a cup of water freely and store up treasure in heaven. Children are innocent and do not notice "poor and the rich", they have joyful hearts and always eager to learn, they are willing to forgive and forget even the most vilest offenses. So if we find ourselves despising someone, we should get on our knees and ask God for help. For the Bible clearly says that we must be converted and have the innocence of a child. Please note that despise means; to look down on with contempt or aversion and or to regard as negligible, worthless, or distasteful. The meaning of Innocence is; freedom from guilt or sin. Mat 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Hope you found this enjoyable and that maybe it might shed some light on the importance of our dealing with men, be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. To God be the Glory. King James Version The Holy Bible (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Abraham's New Covenant, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (Aug 1, 2008) All beings created by God begin in a New Covenant Experience, angels and adam were created in perfection, unfallen beings. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new Creation. Gal 4:21-31 highlights this need for a New Covenant Experience. The Everlasting Gospel, Righteousness by faith, was sent by the Lord to revise Adventism in 1888. Beginning with the first angel Rev 10:1 this mighty message commenced. Rev 18:1-4 is the message of Righteousness by faith designed by the Lord , addressing the Laodicean condition, to restore the Advent Movement. If the message of Righteousness by Faith is not received we will never resolve our problem of such a Laodicean state. The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation (Rom 1:16,17). Joel 2:23-25 expresses that the purpose of sending this message is to restore us from a state of that which was lost, a falling away from Truth. All generations will fall away with the lack of the Gospel, however all will be healed and restored by receiving Righteousness by Faith, which is the Loud Cry of the third angel's message. Rev 10:1 commenced the call for Advent recovery. Rev 3:14,15 is the message of Laodicea, identifying that we will not be accepted by God if we are in a lukewarm state. However, once we accept this message of Joel 2:25 we can be reformed. God's people will never be ashamed of the Everlasting Gospel (Rom 1:16,17). The absence of the Gospel will be restored once we accept the Righteous by Faith message. As the spiritual seed of Modern Israel, our God, Christ the Messiah, wishes that we should not be ashamed of the Gospel. If we are in a shameful state, we are not God's people. We must have the New Covenant Experience in order to be regarded by God (Heb 8:1-13). Shame manifested by adam and eve entered into the world after transgression occurred, suggesting that our shameful condition as a people is synonymous with being in a Laodicean condition, as exhibited in Rev 3:18. Joel 2:25 explains that when we have the New Covenant Experience, we are restored as Seventh-day Adventists, praying for the Latter rain (Joel 2:23, James 5:7). Adam and Eve were provided with a covering in their fallen state, unrighteousness results in shame. Today we are provided with a covering of Christ the Lamb for our shame, an Old Covenant sinful, worldly, fleshly experience. Gal 4:21-31 explains both the New and Old Covenant Experience. Mount Sinai's message of Hagar and Ishmael represents bondage. Sarah and Isaac represent the freewoman, a New Covenant. Both covenants are identified by Paul as two different situations, absent from a dispensation. Such highlights explain that Hagar's child as the solution to Sarah's problem produced bondage. Even before Ishmael was born bondage developed, as problems emerged between Sarah and Hagar. When Isaac was born a promise was established. The work of Hagar and Sarah was outside of the Promise of God. Heb 8:8 explains that God found fault with Israel, found in the Old Covenant, with Israel as disobedience causes a falling away. Similarly, the fault was with Hagar and Ishmael; a fault of disobedience, thus not of God. Israel's act of not believing God's promise was found to be filled with fault. Spiritual freedom exists when we are born of God. Symbolically Hagar, being a bondmaid and her son could only spiritually reproduce ungodliness. In such likeness, adam's sin could only produce an Old Covenant Experience, ungodliness, shame, nakedness, LAODICEA. Gal 4:27 explains concisely that we can only be children of promise by partaking in the Divine Nature, through the Promise of God, Isaac's birth symbolically. Sarah and Abraham's reproduction of Isaac symbolized how we can partake of the Divine Nature of God, righteously by faith. Those who are not born again will always persecute those who are born again: "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" (Rev 12:17). Gen 16:12 explains the beginning of the persecution of God's people, as Ishmael mocked Isaac. The passing of the forthcoming Sunday Law will usher in the persecution of God's remnant seed, the body of Christ (Eph 4:12,13). The Most High's sealed servants will acknowledge and keep the Seventh-day Sabbath, rejecting the Sunday, Pagan, False Sabbath, Satan's disguised mark (seal) from the Roman Catholic Church, The first Beast (Rev 13:11-18). Satan will lead the RCC, (manifested as Elitest and Corporate America, [Protestant Entities] the Lamb-like Beast) to attack God's remnant's purchasing power, disallowing them from buying or selling without the acceptance of this Nationalized Sunday Pagan Law. God however will have resources for His remnant and by "Faith", this will be revealed to His chosen. D ivine Nature is demonstrated as peaceful and obedient nature of God's people, a New Covenant Experience,. Old and New Covenant Experiences can not dwell together. Laodicea is the result of the co-existence of Old and New Covenants. In order for us to be righteous by faith we must be born again. We are either in an Old Covenant or a New Covenant, there is no grey area, as God is not an author of confusion (1Cor 14:33). Therefore the Laodicean condition represents solely the Old Covenant Experience. Paul emphasizes that we must cast out the bondwoman and her son, as Spiritually we can not serve two masters (Matt 6:24). Gen 21:8-11 explains that Abraham's seed should be called from Isaac, a man of peace, a soft answer turneth away wrath (Pro 15:1). Conditions of a True New Covenant, spiritual-filled heart, demands for us to cast out our Old Covenant Experience. Thus we should not be holding on to ungodly practices, even if it is "grievous" we must abandon them. God can make us His children, causing us to be free indeed, doing the will of the Most High. God will allow us to be tested by various obstacles, similar to the experience of Abraham (Gen 21). Romans 4:13-25 explains that the Jews were children of the law. Gentiles having been grafted in are now also spiritually fathered by Abraham, empowered by the Word of God, for those who believe (Rom 1:16,17). Abraham, a Father of many nations, and His seed will be Children of the Most High by faith; righteously. Abraham's weak faith produced bondage, Hagar and Ishmael. It is a matter of faith in God and we must depend on the Word, complying with all of its teachings. Dependence on the Word of God strengthens our faith. We can only glorify God when we depend on His Word, allowing us the opportunity of spiritual direction. Abraham's staggering was caused by a lack of faith. Once we believe God, that which is imputed to us will be of Christ, our spotless Lamb. Righteousness is a gift from God. "But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;" (Rom 4:24). We must refrain from attempting to work spiritually, allowing God to work for us. Grace was given to us because of a debt caused from transgression, the wages of sin is death (Heb 4:16, Rom 6:23). Rom 4:22-23 explains the goodness that one born of a New Covenant Experience can receive from the gift of Christ's righteousness. Abraham received the promise of Isaac in old age. Abraham saw Christ when he offered Isaac his only son, an example of Righteousness by Faith. Similarly we too can receive righteousness through faith, allowing God to govern our lives. The scriptures were written for us, yet during the life of Abraham scriptures were not available. Abraham was indeed righteous by faith, believing without visualizing the written WORD (Heb 11:1). God's remnant, Spiritual Israel, the body of Christ (Eph 4:12,13), need to believe and receive the Lord as did Abraham. Tests may emerge however, we must understand that the same principles of righteousness apply today. Complete faith in God is RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH (Phil 3:9). Cited from Elder Ward's Message (Aug 1st , 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org A Spiritual Sacrifice - Righteousness by Faith by Sister Sabbay (August 8th, 2008) "But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offenses, and was raised again for our justification" (Rom 4:24,25). Gal 4 has examined the two covenants, one of faith the other of carnality, proving that a NEW COVENANT EXPERIENCE is not dispensational, it's based on conditions of the heart. Gal 4:21 - 31, illustrates that because of disobedience without CHRIST's righteousness, there will be no deliverance for Palestine, the seed of Bondage. Within Gen 15:6 we can identify God's promise to Abraham and his seed, thus our belief in Christ is counted for righteousness. Without complication, our disbelief in God's promises relate to our burdens and works of flesh. Abraham was brought back into a New Covenant Experience, as evidenced by Gen 17. Abraham's name was changed, through righteousness, as he became a father of many nations. Abraham believing Sarah, thus disbelieving the Word of God, lost his New Covenant Experience, resulting in an Old Covenant Experience. Gen 17:17, Abraham and Sarah's solution to their problem was not acceptable to God. God will do things his Way, ONLY. God, communicated to Abraham , as he communicates with many of us today. God will have nothing to do with an Old Covenant Experience. The Lord ignores the Old Covenant and pleads for us to function in a New Covenant Experience, acting Righteously by Faith. Our righteousness is as filthy as rags (Isa 64:6). It is only through our faith that we can PLEASE GOD (Heb 11:6). God promised Abraham, Isaac, a Promise of God, to both Sarah and Abraham, establishing a covenant with them. The Word was spoken and fulfilled with the birth of Isaac a child, as a result of Abraham's heart condition, not a dispensation. Gen 18:13-14, asks "is anything hard for the Lord...". We as believers, doubting a New Covenant Experience; will fail if we do not believe that God can accomplish things in our lives. By studying the WORD and believing, we can learn that NOTHING is too difficult [hard] for the LORD. Gen 21 exhibits the child of Promise being Born, Isaac. Thus, we must stand on God's promises as did Abraham, embracing a New Covenant Experience. Abraham and Sarah's faith weakening illustrated the need to be brought back, manifesting God's promises in the WORD, RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH. Gen 22, illustrates that Abraham was truly an example of a man, Righteous by faith, following the directives of God. This test of faith emerged because Abraham doubted the ways of God. This test, found in Gen 22 was necessary to bring Abraham back to his New Covenant Experience. The first test involved the production of a son in their old age. The Power of God's Word was received and a child was produced. The second test involved Abraham's directive to "cut off" the birth-line, a test of his righteousness. This test came upon Abraham because of his failing faith from the very beginning. Such a test was presented to him, as the heavenly beings watched, saddened by his lack of dependence on God; a lack of trust. Abraham was brought back by the WORD, strengthening his faith through God's test of cutting off his spiritual birth-line. A man of faith, knowing that God had blessed him with Isaac, knew also that his only son could be raised up from the dead. Consequently, Abraham's faith grew, believing in the Lord, entrusting that if he sacrificed his only son; God would bring Isaac back from the dead. We too spiritually, can be brought back from the dead after losing our New Covenant Experience. Gen 22:18 illustrates that the seed which Abraham was promised brought us to CHRIST. Gal 3:8 examines the ongoing subject of RIGHTEOUSNESS by Faith. The birth of Isaac led us to the bloodline of Christ. The LORD had to wait for Abraham to reach the point of FAITH after which, Isaac was born. Gen 22:18 and Gal 3:9 illustrate that we become children of the promise through the seed of CHRIST. The Word and Christ's gift of righteousness is available for us today, allowing us to learn from the mistakes of Abraham. Abraham saw God by faith when he saw what He could provide only through FAITH. John 8:39 illustrates the DIVINE character of Christ. All Ten Commandments must be KEPT within this NEW COVENANT EXPERIENCE, as God's HOLY finger written laws exemplify His unchanging Character (Exo 31:18): "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" (Rev 12:17). If we are not children of Christ then we are children of satan, there is no middle ground. Laodecian conditions are not acceptable in the sight of God (Rev 3:14,15). John 8:54-56 exemplifies that Abraham saw Christ by faith when he was told to offer up his only son, Isaac, leading into the completion of our redemption plan. Abraham was shown God's plan and purpose in offering his only son Isaac, manifesting RIGHTEOUSNESS by Faith. Similarly, spiritually, we will be tested through various sacrifices in our own lives. However, we can be faithful, rejoicing that Christ was born, lived righteously without spot or blemish, fulfilling it all at the cross; providing us a gift of Righteousness (John 19:30, Phil 3:9-11): We must trust God and Believe, receiving His promises through COMPLETE FAITH. Cited from Elder Ward's Message (Aug 8th , 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org Law and Testimony - Righteousness by Faith by Sister Sabbay (August 11th, 2008) To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them (Isa 8:20). As a last day message, Righteousness by Faith (Rom 10:5, Phil 3:9-11), has been sent to us; emphasizing the LAW and TESTIMONY. Once we are born again we are no longer GENTILES but, we are SPIRITUAL JEWS/OVERCOMERS, Children of the MOST High, VICTORIOUS over sin (1Joh 3:9), by faith through the RIGHTEOUSNESS of the MESSIAH, Christ Jesus (Rom 2:28-29, Rom 3:28-31). The law, the ten commandments, were given by God as a description of Christ's character, a constitution of the Most High's government, legal and binding. Because mankind had difficulty keeping the law given by Moses, written with the Finger of God (Exo 31:18), the Father sent a living TRUE WITNESS, Christ Jesus (Heb 1:1-3, Rev 3:14). The first four commandments contain principles of non-negotiable conduct towards the Most High and the latter six, mandate our non-negotiable behavior towards our fellow brethren. The Fourth Commandment will determine our sealing in these end times, as we will need to choose to be either SPIRITUAL Israel, doing things God's way or SPIRITUAL Babylon, neglecting God's principles and character (Deut 6:1-8, Eze 20:12,20): Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them. And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God. The Messiah spoke on the Mount historically, preaching and detailing God's governmental rules (Matt 5:6,7). And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath (Mark 2:27,28). Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill (Matt 5:17). A TESTIMONY, evidence, a WITNESS statement, was sent to us by the MESSIAH. When we witness in Court we testify of what we know to be true or can identify as TRUTH. God, the Father, sent Christ, the REDEEMER, as a living demonstration of how the LAW/TEN COMMANDMENTS are to be kept. Jesus was sent to reveal the Father, testifying about the FATHER (John 14: 8-15): If ye love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15). We are truly living in the END TIMES and as the 144,000, we will need to be spiritually equip to withstand trials and tribulation (Rev 6:17). The Ten Commandments, a legal and binding Heavenly governmental ordinance, will be a last day constitutional mandate, maintained by God's chosen (Exo 20, Rev 14:12). Spiritual Babylonians will be a tool by satan, persecuting the remnant of Christ's seed (Rev 12:17). Be encouraged, as persecution will purify the body of Christ (Mal 3:1-3, Tit 2:11-15, Rev 14:1-5), reserving their seat at the throne of God (Rev 3:21). The Mark of the Beast, Sunday Pagan Worship, having "no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image" [Romanism & Protestant Entities] (Rev 13:11-18, Rev 14:9-11), will cause a loss of purchasing power for God's chosen. However, the Creator will provide resources for his own. Throughout the course of SPIRITUAL WARFARE, retreating to the mountains, avoiding the intensity of satan's firey darts will be a challenge for the chosen. Through the Word, we must stand, "having our loins girt about with truth, and having the breastplate of righteousness (Eph 6:14-16). The Everlasting Gospel of peace, by faith "wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked", Spiritual Babylon (Eph 6:16, Rev 18:2). Without neglecting the dissemination of the EVERLASTING GOSPEL, those who are selected must keep the work for Christ's Perfect Character alive, reigning VICTORIOUSLY over sin (Exo 20, Matt 5:48, James 1:3-4, Rev 14:12, 1John 3:9). Overcomers in these end times will be fueled by the Holy Spirit's Early and Latter rain (Jer 5:24, Zech 10:1, James 5:7), bringing God's Harvest to the "Measure of the Stature of the fullness of Christ" (Eph 4:13). Our focus, the manifestation of the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22-23), as we "take on the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the WORD OF GOD" (Eph 6:17). King James Version The Holy Bible (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Modern Israel's Better Promises, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (August 22, 2008) This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more (Heb 10:16,17). Christ is a our Great High Priest of the Heavenly Sanctuary, made of the Best Promise of God, The Father. The Sanctuary in Heaven is faultless similar to the better promises of Hebrews 8:6. We as the children of God; standing upon our own promises, reflects an old covenant: thus it will not last. As ancient Israel mistakenly stood on Old covenants, we must learn from such an experience, firmly holding on to the better promises of God. We must rest on the promises in God, trusting in His Power and Word. Revelations 18:1-4, the Loud Cry of the third angel, is the power of God, given back to the people today, to enter into the Promises of God. Let's look at Exodus 19:5,6 , where the promises were made. Similar to Heb 8:8, the Lord responded to Israel, making a new covenant with Modern/Spiritual Israel. We are to read the scriptures, applying them to Present Truth, recognizing that the Lord is speaking to us today. As Modern Israel, we as Overcomers can succeed through God's purpose and hope, knowing that we will be the Israel and Judah that will achieve God's New covenant. God will regard those that are in His New Covenant only, as we can not afford to make similar mistakes to the past. As modern Israel, the commandments must be written in our hearts and in our minds. Exodus 19:4-8 examines ancient Israel, identifying the importance of obeying the Word of the Lord. Making promises generally relates to our conduct and heart condition. Jeremiah 7:22,23 exhibits how the Lord reminds Israel about their promises. Jeremiah 11:2-4 examines again a covenant, as the Lord expects us to obey His covenants, fulfilling the "if" under a condition of the heart. A promise relates to a condition, as the Lord asked that ancient Israel obey God's voice, allowing the Lord's promise fulfillment based on their initial part of the PROMISE. If we do not fulfill God's initial part of His Promise, then God can not follow through with His Covenant. A covenant, a heart-filled promise is essential in our relationship with the Lord. We must fulfill our part, in simple faith, recognizing that we can do nothing without God. Remembering that God's Word can do all things, we must obey the ten commandments with the faith of God (Isa 8:20, Rev 14:12). Without the Power of God, we can not fulfill the law and the testimony, righteously by faith (Phil 3:9). If we are unconverted, we will remain ignorant of God and His ways, failing to understand needed conduct. As per Romans 8:7, the carnal mind is enmity against the law of God, therefore the enmity MUST GO. Similar to ancient Israel, as Modern Israel we must have a change of heart, a new mind. A new heart and new mind will produce spiritual freedom (Gal 4:21-31). Heb 4 states that because of unbelief, the children of Israel could not enter into God's rest, thus failing to reach the promise land. When Moses said to turn back, ancient Israel did not take heed, as they were accustomed to being in bondage in Egypt, bringing the wrong mindset to the Work of God. In order to do God's work properly, we must have a NEW MIND SET, allowing God's power to do the work. Ancient Israel walked in their own way, failing to follow the directives of God; as they sent spies into the promise land, manifesting a lack of faith in The Most High. More specifically, ten out of twelve tribes were fearing a giant in the land, thus rejecting God's Word about the promise land, flowing with milk and honey. Remembering that an Old and New Covenant can not dwell together, we must completely accept the way of The Spirit, rejecting the way of the flesh. The Old and New Covenant co-existing are as a result of a historical rejection of God's ways, allowing lukewarmness, laodecia (Rev 3:14,15). There was never any need for Abraham having more than one son, but for the fact of disobedience, Ishmael would not have emerged. The Old Covenant came into being because Israel doubted God's Word. Conversely when we doubt the Word of God, that is when the Old Covenant comes into play. After reaching the New Covenant Experience, we find comfort in the Power and Will of God. God wants the Old Covenant behavior to cease so that God can complete His Work, hastening the conditional return of the Messiah, Christ Jesus (John 14:10). As children of God, we must put away our old ways and let God fulfill His promise. When we have a genuine New Covenant Experience, we allow God to fulfill His part of "better promises" for His chosen (Heb 6:6). When studying the Word of God we must use the biblical definition of a covenant. We must not use the worldly dictionaries to define God's Word, as we have a part to play in God's better promise and oath (Heb 6:16-18, Heb 8:6-8, Gal 4:21-31). We must not grieve away the Holy Spirit, failing to accept God's promise to us, restating our promises repetitively in vain (Eph 4:30). Oh how the Lord longs for us to have the New Covenant Experience, as the 144,000, shining as a peculiar treasure unto God (Exodus 19:5,6; Jeremiah 11:2-4, Rev 14:1-5). While on planet earth, Christ had a New Covenant Experience, as He genuinely allowed The Father to do the work (John 14:10). As we examine the book of Romans (chapter one), we notice that the Apostle Paul appears to be writing to a body of believers who were confronted with the evil doings of the Caesars during their time. Such a body of believer's difficulty remaining faithful, required encouragement and support; Christ's gift of righteousness (Phil 3:9). Romans 1:1-17 sets forth the everlasting gospel which is to be "preached to every nation kindred tongue and people" without shame (Rev 14:6). Spiritual Israel, God's chosen, overcomers, will be messengers of truth in this end time crisis. Romans 1:18-22 appears to address the issue of a falling away, rejection of this gospel message: a result of working contrary to the Fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22,23). The ten commandments are the character of Christ and once these guidelines are accepted and obeyed, true believers will bear Harvest Ripe fruits (Mark 4:28,29). A tree bears fruits according to it's nature (John 1:12,13). The Latter rain, the Holy Spirit, will bring God's harvest to the "measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ" (Zech 10:1, James 5:7, Eph 4:13). Cited from Elder Ward's Message (August 23rd 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org A New Heart & Mind, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (August 29, 2008) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people (Heb 8:10). The children of Israel were delivered physically yet selfishness and human works caused their experience to be Old Covenant. It is impossible in our flesh to keep God's word. The law of God written in our hearts is eternal, as God Himself. Thus it is not possible for us to write the law of God in our own hearts ourselves, we require Divine Intervention. Romans 8:7 emphasizes the nature of the carnal mind, as identified by the Apostle Paul. The carnal mind is enmity against God. If we are in the flesh we can not please God. The children of Israel were carnal minded, disobedient and self-centered. It is therefore not possible for sinful human beings to write the law of God in their own hearts. The law of God is a constitution of God's character. If our natural tendency is to be disobedient, then we can not please God (Heb 11:6). Ancient Israel's promise to keep the law of God was broken, as they manifested an old covenant experience. Similarly, if we are not obedient as Modern Israel, we can not please God. If our minds are selfish and carnal; then it is not possible to receive God in our hearts. It takes the power of God and the law to truly please the Most High (Rom 1:20). We must obey God, fulfilling our part of the Better Promises (Heb 8:6-8), thus receiving a gift of righteousness from God. Lucifer was created in a New Covenant experience, yet self-righteousness entered this covering cherubs nature, causing Satan's fallen state "I will be like the Most High..." (Isa 14:13,14). When we make our promise to God, allowing Him to write the law in our hearts and minds, we please Him. A reward of Salvation results from Modern Israel's acts of receiving Christ's gift of righteousness (Phil 3:9). Recognizing that God's power is an essential part of us keeping the covenant, we must obey the ten commandments as well as receive the gift of Christ's righteousness (Rom 1:20). God will enable us to be His people, writing His laws on our hearts and mind. Legalism is righteousness by works (Isa 64:6, Phil 3:3-8). Romans 4:4's message maintains that righteousness can not be earned, it is a free gift. Gal 3:1 exhibits the idea that individuals who attempt to continue in their own strength will not be true overcomers, granted a seat at the Throne of God (Rev 3:21). If we rely on our own effort we will never be successful, as our righteous walk must be focused solely on the Messiah. Relying on our own righteousness which is as filthy rags, will result in bondage (Isa 64:6, Gal 4:21-31). If we believe the Word of God and His promises, we can enjoy the peace of knowing the Lord. We do not have the power independently to keep God's laws on our own, we require the Power of God, through faith. God spoke to the children of Israel through Moses, emphasizing that the a New Covenant exemplified the ways of the Lord. God wants us similarly today to walk in a New Covenant experience. This New Covenant bears God's non-negotiable Word which is "quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" (Heb 4:12). Here Paul, the apostle, is making a comparison of a soul which is related to the bone and the spirit which is symbolized by the marrow in the bone. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 lays a foundation, edifying that there is no such thing as an immortal soul, as the soul is very much prone to death. Mankind has body, soul and spirit; operating intelligently by choice, accountable to God morally (Exo 20). The spirit is the highest developed part of the human soul, as from creation we were made in the image of God (Gen 1:27). Deep within the human soul is the human spirit, containing one's character, identity and personality (1Cor 2:9-13). Complete obedience of the decalogue, God's character, His Holy-finger written ten Commandments is a requirement, combined with faith (Exo 31:18). If we hear God's voice, harden not your hearts, as we today, Modern Israel can walk in a newness of life (Heb 3:7,8). By acknowledging and obeying God's ways, casting out our own ways, we can please God. Without faith it's impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). God will keep us from having a carnal mind, thus granting us freedom. This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them (Heb 10:16). Cited from Elder Ward's Message (August 29, 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org Crown Him King, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (September 5th, 2008) And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war (Rev 19:11). Christians are to obtain the Word, living an obedient and faithful life within a New Covenant Experience, absent from legalism. In order for any creature to benefit from nurturance it must have life. Similarly, in Christ we are new creatures, converted, thus benefiting from the Word, sustaining a life that is righteous. We must nourish this life, given to us by God. The law of God was given to us, thus it remains natural for us to keep the ten commandments of God, maintaining faith in the Messiah. Christ was victorious at His encounter with satan in the wilderness, triumphing over sin (Matt:4:1-11). Hebrews 8:6-10 reminds us that we must continue in God's covenant, as His children. Hence, we must abide in the Messiah, maintaining that relationship with our Maker and Creator. Jeremiah 31:27 describes why we need an abiding relationship with the Messiah. God and His protective hand was watching over Israel, attempting to prevent them from going into Babylonian captivity. Through the prophet Jeremiah, God was warning Israel about their consequence of disobedience, potential enslavement. God never intended for Israel to have a king, however, Israel's very first King Saul would not obey the prophet of the Lord, Samuel. King Saul , King David , King Solomon and King Rehoboam were all disobedient. The consequences of not abiding in God's ways is that by the third or fourth generation, God's judgment will visit the seed of those which continue in disobedience (Exo 20:5). By the fourth king, Israel was judged and the monarchy was split into two, never to be reunified again. Israel wanted a king and monarchy even with God's forewarning of its consequence. Similarly, within Adventism the 1859 onset of a Laodicean condition (Testimonies Vol. 1 - Testimony V) was as a result of disobedience and the rejection of the gospel since the Fall of 1844, the Great Disappointment. Those who followed on after the Great Disappointment, followed Christ by Faith into the Most Holy place, spiritually (Rev 3:7,8). The earnest and sincere believers came out of the great Disappointment, only a handful in number. God brought back His Word and Power in 1888 with the teachings of Righteousness By Faith by Elders Jones and Waggoneer (TM p. 91-92), yet Adventism has failed to receive it. God will show us that this will be a year of judgment as 120 years have elapsed since the onset of this precious message, Righteousness by Faith. God intended that each one of us should be a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit, allowing us to be His children. The Holy Spirit can flow through us, if we abide in Christ (John 15). Christ offers His righteousness as a replacement for our iniquity, forgiving our sins and not remembering them. Daniel 9:24-27 describes that a specific time was allotted for Israel to make a turnaround however, because of disobedience, the Messiah was brought in as a Redeemer for all. As long as we abide in the Messiah, receiving His Word, we can be victorious over sin (1John 3:9). We can not claim God's promise without fulfilling its conditions. The Messiah, the son of God has the law written in His heart (Psalms 40:7,8). Israel claimed to be Abraham's children yet, failing to accept the Messiah created problems for this nation, spiritually. John 8:39-42 explains that spiritual children of God must have the law written in their hearts, while abiding in the Messiah, who finished it all at the Cross. The fruits we bear spiritually define our spiritual Father. The fruits of our life define whether we are children of God or children of the devil. We must have the law written in our hearts and in our minds. We can not make a profession or claim to be God's children, unless we have the law written in our hearts and minds. Thus identifying as the bloodline of Abraham is not enough for one to be considered a child of God, we must also be spiritually reborn. We must continue in the way of the Lord, having a New Covenant Experience. In order to be children of God, we must continue in a relationship with God daily, fulfilling our part of the promise by fulfilling the conditions within our hearts. Heb 6:18 edifies that once God makes a promise, we must fulfill the conditions of such a promise within our hearts. If we attempt to claim the promises of God without fulfilling the conditions, we are presumptuous. Similarly, we as Seventh-day Adventists and Sabbatarians, must abide in Christ wholeheartedly in order to fullfill this ultimate Promise. The Apostle Paul was cognizant that Ancient Israel did not fulfill the conditions of their hearts, disallowing God from writing the laws in their hearts and minds. Following His ascension, Christ was anointed in the Holy Place. Hebrews 8:1-3 identifies that Christ was ordained for His ministry. Luke 4:18 edifies that Christ was annointed to fulfill roles and functions, permitting him to Preach the Gospel to all who were willing to receive. Christ, following His ascension became our Great Heavenly High Priest. The Messiah is soon to be King once he departs from the Most Holy Place at the close of Probation for the world (Daniel 12:1, Rev 22:11,12) as He puts on His Kingly Robe (Rev 19:11-21), returning in His Majestic/Royal Kingship. The Apostle Paul in all his Epistles writes about the eternal purpose and work of Christ, explaining that while on Earth, Christ could not be Priest because the Sanctuary will only exist in heaven; never to be rebuilt on Earth (Heb 8:1-5). Type met Anti-type (Matt 27:51-53, Eph 2:15). Deut 18:15-18, Isa 61:1-3, Luke 4:18-24 describes the actual fulfillment of Christ in His successive roles, Son of God on Earth, Great Heavenly High Priest and soon to be crowned King at the end of His Priestly Ministry (Rev 19:11-21, Rev 22:11,12). Cited From Elder Ward's Message (September 5th, 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org The Last Adam, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (September 12, 2008) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (2Cor 5:17). John 15 edifies that the purpose for the raising up of the Body of Christ is to be a witness for God. The reason the Great Controversy remains incomplete is that we have not manifested the full and true Witness for the Messiah. Jeremiah 31:35,36 shows that God made a covenant with Ancient Israel. Once certain conditions are met, the Promise will follow through. We must not bank on a past relationship with God, as Ancient Israel's house was left unto them desolate because they failed to maintain a constant relationship with God. Failing to maintain a New Covenant Experience or failing to abide in the Messiah will cause an Old Covenant Experience, a falling away. Once a falling away occurs, the Gospel is lost and works of the flesh insight self-righteous legalism, righteousness by works (Isa 64:6, 2Thess 2:3,4 Phil 3:1-6). For every born again believer, there is a need to maintain a relationship, abiding completely in the Messiah. Abiding in Christ is essential for the plan of salvation. Within 1 Cor 15:45, Paul identifies the two adams, "the first adam was made a living soul, the last adam was made a quickening spirit...". Flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God (1Cor 15:50). The Apostle Paul brings to view that there was a first adam, made a living soul and a last adam made a quickening spirit. This is a revelation of Christ's Infinite Wisdom. Gen 2:7 edifies that God formed adam from the dust of the ground; God breathing life into him. Adam was the father of mankind, as all human beings came out of him. There is only one human life-line which is through the first adam, made a living soul. Gen 2:21 edifies that God caused a deep sleep to fall upon adam, later creating eve from adam's rib. Thus, there is only one stream of human life. So we surmise that all other human beings came from the original source, the living souls, adam and eve. The latter statements show us the remarkable creative ability of God. God, by initial intent, made us as a unique and distinct order. The wisdom of God is demonstrated as His ability to connect an entire planet from one life form, the first adam. Romans 5:12 presents the plan of salvation that affects all human beings. Adam's corruption affected all within his lineage. Had adam not sinned, no scriptures would have been written, as the scriptures, by purpose, are related to overcoming sin (1Thess 5:23, Jude 24,25). The last adam is Christ (1Cor 15:45). Adam's sinless nature created by God could have caused us to all be born sinless and unfallen. However, adam's disobedience corrupted his nature, therefore all within adam's reproductive line were impacted. Hence, we need a Savior, namely Jesus Christ (1Cor 15:50-54). God devised a plan, allowing mankind to be rescused from sin. The first reproductive line is flesh and blood which multiplies and reproduces human beings; the second reproductive line is spiritual, creating spiritual beings born again in Christ. Once we are redeemed from the earth, we will possess Divine unfallen Heavenly bodies. Angels fell from heaven, one third in number, maintaining their spiritual bodies (Rev 12:4). The spiritual beings fallen in nature can take control over human beings in the absence of the Power of God. Adam was created from the earth and Christ came from Heaven. Therefore, those who are born of adam are earthly and those born of Christ are heavenly. The flesh is used to multiply human beings and the spirit creates subjects for Heaven. When we are born again we bear the image of heavenly unfallen nature. The reproductive line of Christ produces human beings born of the spirit. Christ tried to explain this to Nichodemus in John 3:3, "except a man be born again, he can not see the kingdom of God". Similarly, Paul says that "flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of Heaven" (1Cor 15:50). Thus we must be born of the Last adam in order to inherit the kingdom of heaven. John 1:12,13 edifies that..."but as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Humans reproduce, limiting them to be subjects of this earth. We can not be subjects of Heaven without God's Divine nature, the reproductive line; enabling us to be partakers of Heaven. Once sin entered this world, the end result of the life-line was death, thus we require a Redeemer. Rom 5:14 edifies that adam was a similitude or a figure of that which is to come. Within the example of adam we are to identify what God wishes for us to understand about the last adam, Christ. As we remark on the sacrifices of the Earthly sanctuary, as they are figures of the Heavenly Sanctuary, we must edify that the Lamb without blemish points to Christ. The earthly sanctuary was a model of the Heavenly sanctuary. Christ is the originator of incorruptible, new humanity. Within Rom 5:12-18, Paul is explaining that adam's first offense brought judgment to all men. Yet it is not all bad news, as Christ can justify all of mankind, utilizing His Infinite wisdom. Rom 5:19 edifies that adam's disobedience made us all born in sin, made under the law, as was Christ, yet he was without a blemish, spotless in Character (Gal 4:4, Heb 4:15). God is therefore fair and just and He will remove every excuse for mankind's condemnation of adam for their sins. God is fair and merciful, justifying all mankind in Christ, the last adam. Christ has thus leveled out the playing field at the cross of calvary. We must abide in the last adam, being justified for our sins. Christ justified all men whom the first adam had condemned (Rom 8:30). Rom 5:20 further edifies that the sin that adam brought in abounded greatly and affected all men, yet we have a provision of grace far more exceeding, permitting complete redemption from this earth and our sinful natures. We can rejoice as God has provided far greater grace then sin can impact, much more than enough for the redemption of all mankind. Christ, the last adam, a quickening spirit, has brought us ETERNAL SPIRITUAL LIFE, HALLEJUAH (1Cor 15:45). In order to be justified we need to be born again, obeying the ten commandments, maintaining faith in the Messiah, righteously by faith (Exo 20, 1John 3:9, Phil 3:9, Rev 14:12). Cited from Elder Ward's Message (Sept 12th 2008): Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org A Time of Trouble: Wall Street Crisis by Sister Sabbay (Sept 15, 2008) "We are living in the time of the end. The fast-fulfilling signs of the times declare that the coming of Christ is near at hand. The days in which we live are solemn and important. The Spirit of God is gradually but surely being withdrawn from the earth. Plagues and judgments are already falling upon the despisers of the grace of God. The calamities by land and sea, the unsettled state of society, the alarms of war, are portentous. They forecast approaching events of the greatest magnitude" (Testimonies for the Church Vol. 9 p. 11). Is it alarming that within the year of 2008, a year of judgment, (120 years from the inception of the Precious "Message of Righteousness by Faith", Testimonies to Ministers p. 91-92) the world is being exposed to news of financial disaster and potential imminent Depression? Although America's current President Bush Jr. appears to minimize the crisis by labeling it as a "FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENT", God's spiritual remnant discerns the facade; as Wall street's stocks spiral downward. While Wall street's unstable markets point to sadness and shock, Commandment keepers and faithful Messiah followers can prepare for God's imminent judgment and wrath, unmingled with mercy (Rev 14:9-11). As the message of God's fourth angel firmly forewarns "...Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues" (Rev 18:4). However subtle and disguising it may appear, times are changing before our eyes. I encourage family and loved ones to become familiar with the Testimonies For The Church and its nine volumes. I am providing a link below and a small excerpt of this powerful and Holy Spirit inspired reading for all. Be reminded that we are living in serious times, and God is holding back the winds of strife until His servants are sealed, as satan wishes to destroy lives; the adversary aims to increase the count of lost souls (Rev 7:1-3). Thus we must "be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour..." (1Peter 5:8). Additionally, "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time" (Rev 12:12). EGW's publishings remind all of her vision in New York City: "On one occasion, when in New York City, I was in the night season called upon to behold buildings rising story after story toward heaven. These buildings were warranted to be fireproof, and they were erected to glorify the owners and builders. Higher and still higher these buildings rose, and in them the most costly material was used. Those to whom these buildings belonged were not asking themselves: "How can we best glorify God?" The Lord was not in their thoughts". "I thought: 'Oh, that those who are thus investing their means could see their course as God sees it! They are piling up magnificent buildings, but how foolish in the sight of the Ruler of the universe is their planning and devising. They are not studying with all the powers of heart and mind how they may glorify God. They have lost sight of this, the first duty of man'". "As these lofty buildings went up, the owners rejoiced with ambitious pride that they had money to use in gratifying self and provoking the envy of their neighbors. Much of the money that they thus invested had been obtained through exaction, through grinding down the poor. They forgot that in heaven an account of every business transaction is kept; every unjust deal, every fraudulent act, is there recorded. The time is coming when in their fraud and insolence men will reach a point that the Lord will not permit them to pass, and they will learn that there is a limit to the forbearance of Jehovah (Testimonies For The Church Vol. 9 p. 12)". Appropriately entitled, The Last Crisis, written in 1904 (approx), this beginning quotation of Testimonies For the Church Volume 9 has a powerful message to all those who are questioning the timing of our Returning Savior Christ Jesus. From studying the Word, we learn that Christ's return for his harvest, 144,000, remnant, is conditional. Thus, our readiness will precipitate Our Redeemer's return. Overcomers in these end times will be fueled by the Holy Spirit's Early and Latter rain (Jer 5:24, Zech 10:1, James 5:7), bringing God's Harvest to the "Measure of the Stature of the fullness of Christ" (Acts 17:26, Eph 4:13). Our focus, the manifestation of the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:22-23), as we "take on the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the WORD OF GOD" (Eph 6:17). We are truly living in the END TIMES and as the 144,000, we will need to be spiritually equip to withstand trials and tribulation (Rev 6:17). The Mark of the Beast, ENFORCED Sunday Pagan Worship, having "no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image" [Romanism & Protestant Entities] (Rev 13:11-18, Rev 14:9-11), will cause a loss of purchasing power for God's chosen. However, the Creator will provide resources for His own "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna..." coriander seed, honey wafers (Exo 16:31, John 6:58, Rev 2:17). Be encouraged, as persecution will purify the faithful body of Christ (Mal 3:1-3, Tit 2:11-15, Rev 14:1-5), reserving their seat at the throne of God (Rev 3:21). Cited From Elder Ward's Message: Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org Emmanuel, God with us, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (September 19, 2008) Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us (Matt 1:23). Behold a virgin shall be with Child and they shall call Him "Emmanuel, God with us" (Matt 1:23). In a sinful, fallen world, we need a Savior: the beauty of the Gospel is that God is not ashamed to be identified with us (Rom 1:16,17). Until the end of time, Emmanuel means God with us. God with us implies that Christ had the human nature of mankind. Thus the interpretation of Emmanuel is good news for us, as it shows that Christ is not ashamed to be identified with us. Christ is God, as a part of the Heavenly Deity who became man "I and my Father are one"; thus it is a comfort to us, as Adam was perfect while in unfallen nature (John 1:1,14. John 10:30, 1Tim 3:16, 1John 5:7). Christ with us, enables mankind to have the similar mind of Him. Christ, victorious over sin, has enabled us to be sinless. Humanity before the flood was far superior to ours, as Adam lived 930 years; thus humankind's lifespan has significantly shortened. Our understanding of the humanity of Christ is crucial for the plan of salvation. If Christ did not become humanity, then God would have been accused of not aligning with mankind, as satan wanted to label the Most High as unfair. As the body of Christ, although physically separate, we are all spiritually connected through Christ (Acts 17:26, Eph 4:13). The Messiah took on sinful fallen nature, enabling us to overcome the world and it's contents: "Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world" "the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world" (John 1:29, Rev 13:8). Every sinner needs a Savior and the plan of salvation was put into operation as soon as adam sinned. Before we were converted God was not with us, and when God is not with us, there is no hope for salvation. Christ became a man, "in the likeness of sinful flesh", to redeem us from the sin of the earth (Rom 8:3, Phil 2:5-11). Romans 1:3 exhibits Christ's eternal purpose, stemming from the seed of David. Christ, our Redeemer, the seed of David, according to the flesh, being precisely 42 generations from Abraham: as a generation is counted in this case as direct offspring (Matt 1:1-17). Christ was born by the lineage of David, manifested in the flesh to redeem mankind from sinning (Gal 4:4,5). Christ, living a sinless life edifies that all generations need not sin. Romans 7:14-24 exhibits how one's life in the flesh can take control, disabling one from being victorious over sin without the Savior. Yet, Romans 8 exhibits one's defeat of sin by obedience and faith in the Messiah (Exo 20, Phil 3:9). When the Holy Spirit is in control of our lives, we are overcomers, fed with heavenly, spiritual food "manna", honey wafers (Exo 16:31, John 6:58, Rev 2:17). Once we are converted, we are compelled to righteousness, aligning with Christ's propensity to be sinless. God sent His Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, condemning sin. The Most High sent His Son, the Messiah, in the flesh to meet the problem of sin, head on, eradicating the excuse for such. We must let the Word take full control of our lives. Phil 2:7 describes the nature of Christ "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men". Within Romans 8:3, Paul is identifying that mankind was in the likeness and nature of Christ. The law was weak through the flesh, as the flesh was sinful and unable to produce righteousness (Isa 64:6). God had to send His Son in the sameness of sinful flesh in order to condemn the latter. Paul is clear when emphasizing that the likeness of Christ was nature and substance. Hebrews 2:14-18 edifies that the Messiah took on our fallen nature in order to become a propitiation for our sins, delivering us from the bondage of sin. Christ was born from the seed of Abraham, redeeming us exactly at the point of our problem of being in fallen flesh. Christ identified with us, so we could identify with Him, which helps us to recognize the victory that exists in the Messiah. Heb 2:18 proves that the Messiah was tempted as we are yet, without sin, clarifying that the Messiah identified with all of mankind. Heb 2:9 describes that the Messiah had to be made after death which entered after sin, which means that the Son of God had to die, allowing our victory in Him. Christ's name is "Emmanuel" which is "God with us" and in order to be with us, He identified with us. The Messiah was made a little lower than the angels, enabling us to have eternal life in Him (Heb 2:9). The Gospel shows that we can be victorious over sin. 1 John 4:2,3 edifies that the spirit of the antichrist was in the world, identifying as anyone against the doctrine of Christ. Anyone who denies that Christ came in the fallen flesh, is the antichrist. John emphasizes that we must be grounded in Christ, being reborn and sinless in nature. We must be in Christ, as He proved His righteous, spotless work at the cross of calvary. We are all legally and spiritually in the Messiah, righteously by faith. Cited From Elder Ward's Message: (Sept 19 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org God Does Not Cause His Chosen to Have a Spirit of Fear by Sister Sabbay (September 26, 2008) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2Tim 1:7). Most recently, panic-ridden current events have been plaguing the senses of the populous. Unsurprisingly, sound bytes of a financial disaster presents as newsworthy today, which appears to be warning us of END TIMES. However, Let's encourage all friends and family to rest assured in the Messiah, as God will NOT cause us to have a SPIRIT OF FEAR (2Tim 1:17). Thus, hoarding and panic are fanatical and unchrist-like (Gal 5:19-21). God's Power is Perfect and Infinite and His ways are timely, requiring patience (long-suffering) while providing spiritual peace (Rom 1:20, Gal 5:22,23). We are truly living in the END TIMES and as the potential 144,000, we will need to be spiritually equip to withstand trials and tribulation (Rev 6:17). Be encouraged, as persecution will purify the faithful body of Christ (Mal 3:1-3, Tit 2:11-15, Rev 14:1-5), reserving their seat at the throne of God (Rev 3:21). King James Version Only (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Redeemed By Christ, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (September 26th, 2008) For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again (2Cor 5:14,15). Christ has complete jurisdiction over all humanity. Federally, Christ became one with Us, taking on our humanity. Emmanuel meaning God is with us, as the Father was with Christ while the Savior was on this earth. Romans 1 edifies the purpose of God, as an eternal purpose, thus identifying the connection between God and man. Christ became the Second and Last Adam, helping us while under the Law of God. Within this chapter we can comprehend the writings of all the Prophets compiled by the Apostle Paul who captures the essence of the Everlasting Gospel. The apostle Paul's thinking appeared to be highly complex as per Peter (2 Peter 3:16). Peter edifies that we must be cautious while studying the apostle Paul's writings as misunderstandings of such can lead to our own destruction. Peter explains further that we must take time when studying the writings of the apostle Paul, as they can be a detriment to our soul salvation. Eph 3:10,11 teaches that God attempts to make known the wisdom of Christ and its eternal purpose. As overcomers what remains difficult to worldians can be easily understood through the Holy Spirit's assistance with discernment. Such complex Truth can be made easy by grace through faith in the Righteousness of Christ (Eph 2:8). The knowledge of God allowed the apostle Paul to understand and enlighten those that are grounded in Christ, in these precious Last Days. Rom 8:3 edifies that Christ had to come in the flesh in order to identify with us, granting us Victory over sin, while in the likeness of mankind. Christ provided us a solution for sin, as He was made of the seed of David according to the flesh, made in the likeness of mankind. Meeting us at such a point was essential since that was and is where sin exists, in sinful fallen flesh. Hebrews 1 while teaching that Jesus is God, leads us right into Hebrews 2:9 as God was made a little lower than the angels: He tasted death for all mankind. Death on earth did not exist until adam sinned. Christ was made for the suffering of death, made in fallen flesh that contains death: He was made a little lower than angels, following adam's transgression. We must understand the human nature that Christ had when he was made sin, tasting death for every human. 2 Cor 5 aligning with Hebrews 2:9, edifying that Christ was made a little lower than angels as all are subject to death. As Christ was raised from the dead, all that are found righteous by faith will too be raised in redeemed bodies, resurrected spiritually and eternally. Mankind must taste death because of sin. Selfishness is the root cause of death. However, those that accept Christ's death, resurrection and purposeful Victory, will rise with Him. Rom 5:12,18 exhibits the purpose of God, showing us that we become one with Christ "Emmanuel, God with us", once we place our trust fully in Christ, obeying and remaining faithful: we will be redeemed from this earth. Heb 2:10-18 teaches that we can be made perfect by the process of suffering, persecution (Mal 3:1-3). Using the analogy of a furnace, once enough heat is applied to the furnace, gold or silver can become refined. Subsequently such a process removes all waste matter, simply by increasing the temperature of the furnace. Similarly, the more we grow and mature in Christ, the more intense the tests may become. "Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works" (Tit 2:14). Heb 5:8 edifies that although Christ was made perfect, persecution through trials was necessary in order to refine His human Character. Currently, the financial instability in our world is a test. However, the crashing of the stock market and collapsing of the economic system's act of shaking our faith, reveals that our confidence is in worldly possessions. Thus we must rest fully in the Lord, as the time is coming that we, the righteous, will not be able to buy or sell. More specifically, in recovery of Pagan Rome's Sunday Persecutory acts from the 4th century, the Roman Catholic Church's Papacy, the first Beast , will join with America's Protestant Entites, the second Beast, forbidding 7th-day Sabbath rest. Under the reign of Lucifer, a fallen covering Cherub, 7th-day Sabbath keepers will be persecuted for refusing ENFORCED SUNDAY PAGAN WORSHIP, 666, THE MARK OF THE BEAST, (Eze 28:14-15, Rev 13:1-18). We are all sinful and fallen in nature, requiring sanctification. As per the apostle Paul, Christ was not ashamed to be called one with us. Human beings are flesh and blood and Christ took part of the same, destroying satan's power over death (Heb 2:14,15). It is the fear of death that keeps us in bondage to sin, thus our earthly desires and appetite must be fully submitted to God, as Christ has delivered us from the bondage of sin. It was adam's fear of losing eve that motivated him to hunger and thirst, leading him to the transgression of God's law. God has promised the righteous the bread of eternal life, hidden manna, coriander seed, honey wafers (Exo 16:31, John 6:58, Rev 2:17). Christ taking on the form of an angel would not have been helpful to mankind, as Christ had to be made even lower than angels, reconciling with humans. Beginning with Abraham, Christ took on the seed of Abraham, rescuing us from sinful, fallen, degenerate nature. Following Adam's sin, mankind was lost, but Christ redeemed us as the last Adam. Christ became like us in all things in order to make a reconciliation for the sins of all people. In order to reconcile with mankind, He became a man, Emmanuel, God with us. The only way that one can identify with someone fully, is if one has experienced the same life trials. Once we are born of the Spirit of Christ, in His Infinite, Perfection; we take on His Divine Righteous nature by Faith. Cited From Elder Ward's Message (September 26th 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org Walking with God, Righteousness By Faith Sister Sabbay (October 3rd, 2008) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me (Gal 2:20). Enoch similar to mankind in October of 2008 had many trials during his times as we read: "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually" (Gen 6:5). That was the environment in which Enoch lived. Yet, victoriously over sin both Enoch and Elijah exemplified the principle of dying to Christ (Gal 2:20). Enoch walked with God and God took him, similarly as we must daily walk with God, not requiring 300 years as did Enoch, we can also be taken among those redeemed (Gen 5:24). We are legally and federally justified by the life of Christ. 1 Cor 15:45 edifies that Adam was flesh and blood and the Last Adam was made a quickening spirit, as we too become once spiritually reborn. The first man is of the earth and the second Man which is Christ, is spiritual. Thus we are to abide in the heavenly spirit of Christ (John 15:1-7). Within John 3, Jesus Christ in his interview with Nicodemus edified that that which is born of flesh is flesh and that which is born of spirit is spirit. As the human reproductive line is used to create more human beings; the Divine Reproductive line is created to make more sons of God. When we are born again, we are converted to Christ's kingdom as His subjects. The Second Adam brought us back to the Perfected, Spiritual line of Christ, righteously by faith. God gave Adam a choice, allowing him to choose to remain in God or to choose another ruler. Without freedom of choice, humans have no intelligence, preventing growth or development as God's subjects. Christ made the correct choice conquering sin, justifying us all (Rom 5:12,18). When Adam sinned and chose satan as the ruler, he restricted his freedom, as the only true freedom comes from the Lord. Christ speaking to the Pharisees during His day, stated that they were as their father "the devil", meaning that they did not have freedom of choice (John 8:44). The first Adam due to his poor choice, disobeying God's law, gave us bondage. Thus God put enmity between the woman's seed and satan (Gen 3:15). God wants us to understand that without freedom of choice, we are in bondage. We can be victors in our rebirth with Christ, overcoming sin (1John 3:9). We have the choice to serve God as free intelligent agents. Every time a human being chooses to sin, it is not because of Adam's sin, as Christ paid the penalty, affording us the freedom to stay in sin or be reconciled by Christ (2Cor 14,15). Thus, at the day of judgment, we will not have an excuse for sin, as every sin is a deliberate choice to rebel against the government of God. Christ as the Second Adam justifies all humankind. Sin therefore, is a choice by the free-willed, intelligent individual to rebel against the government of God. Each of us at the day of judgment will stand before God (Rom 14:10). Thus we can not blame our Pastors, family or loved ones, as we are responsible for all our decisive actions and consequences thereof. If we are lost on that day of judgment, then we will have no one else to blame but ourselves, as Christ being that Second Adam has redeemed us from the flesh. The act of sin is the act of the individual rebelling against Christ. If we are in Christ spiritually, we as victors will be of Christ's reproductive line, spiritually. True liberty and freedom allows us to be sanctified, permitting us to submit to God fully, identifying and manifesting the Character of God, through His Constitutional Heavenly Ten Commandments (Exo 20, Rev 14:12). Abiding in Christ is a choice, as we were born in the flesh, a spiritual rebirth requires our decision-making action, determining where we are spiritually (John 15:1-7). Christ in this chapter of John 15 ideally is saying that the spirit of Christ must live in us, as the Redeemer is the vine and we are the branches. A Christian, bearing the fruit of the Spirit, glorifies God (John 15:5, Gal 5:22:23). We can be free from dishonoring God, by abiding in Him, in our Christian walk. Thus, we must be constantly surrendered to the Messiah, Christ the Righteous Lamb that has Overcome the world through obedience and righteousness ( Exo 20, John 16:33). With God, there is no neutral ground, as a Laodecian Condition is offensive to God (Rev 3:14,15). Henceforth, for our lives in the year of 2008, a year of judgment, 120 years after the inception of the message of RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH, WE MUST MAINTAIN TRUE REPENTANCE, VICTORIOUSLY OVER SIN. Seventh-day Adventists have had this message for over 120 years, revived in 1888 by God through messengers, Elders Waggoner and Jones: we must NOT repeat the serious mistake of the children of Israel, losing faith in God, our Deliverer. God wants us to be zealous, earnest and repentant, avoiding strange acts and behaviors outside of the life of the Messiah. An evacuation from Babylon is necessary (Rev 18:1-4). As the branches to the vine once separated will wither away and die, similarly when a person separates from Christ they too will die spiritually and physically in the second death (Rev 20:6; 21:8). Without the Messiah, we can do NOTHING. At the end of the world the wheat will be separated from the tares, as those withered branches, failing to abide in Christ fully, consequently will be bundled and burned (Matt 13:30, 38,39). All things were made by God (John 1:1-3). Therefore, since God does all things through His Word, the relationship we have with Him is based on the Word. As Christians, we will have no life without a direct relationship with God: The Deity does every thing through The Word. God spoke and it was done (John 1:1-3, Psa 33:6,9). Without God we can do NOTHING (John 15:5). Thus it is essential for us to know the Word in order to completely abide in Christ. Our study must be accompanied by a genuine relationship with Christ, RIGHTEOUSLY BY FAITH (Phil 3:9). Cited From Elder Ward's Message (Oct 3rd 2008) Truth For The Final Generation www.TruthinJesus.org Sealing of Truth, Righteousness By Faith by Sister Sabbay (October 8th, 2008) And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption (Eph 4:30). As the close of the house of God's probation approaches (1Peter 4:17), heirs remain faithful and alert, reassuring their seat at the throne of God (Rev 3:21). Today's sealing message manifests God's Divine, Infinite and Perfect Power (Rom 1:20). Eternally filled with good news, God's sealing message warrants that all chosen individuals must manifest the Character of Christ, overcoming the propensity of sin (Matt 5:48, 1John 3:9). Sin is noncompliance with the Ten Commandments (1John 3:4). Such an allegiance to Divine truth, will be the focus for those who dare to be like the Prophet Daniel and the Three Hebrews, standing for Christ, our Faithful True Witness. The ongoing work towards Sealing requires fixed, unchangeable, absolute sanctification, which comes from Christ alone. Being justified by faith, we must continue in obedience, building the Character of God (Exo 20). Mirroring the image of the Messiah, we must have Him formed fully in us, being found blameless and faultless (Gal 4:19, 1Thess 5:23, Jude 24,25). We must emphasize to both believers and non-believers the need to evacuate Babylon, before the world's probation closure (Rev 18:1-4, Rev 22:11). Teaching the three angel's messages to ..."every nation kindred tongue and people" is essential (Rev 14:6-12). The church of Philadelphia is true Adventism. As we prepare for the Latter Rain (James 5:7), embracing the return of Christ, true sincere believers must focus on becoming harvest ripe, perfecting Christ-like characters. Harvest ripe by biblical definition entails a process of establishing ..."first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear"(Mark 4:26-29). "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord" (Act 3:19). We must focus on strengthening the true church of Christ, those that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ, adhering to the law and the testimony. The focus on the light of Truth, a non-negotiable objective, will be kept solely by true Christians, obedient and faithful; God's peculiar people (Isa 8:20, Titus 2:14, 1Peter 2:9, Rev 14:12). An uncompromising, unchangeable, immutable faith in the Messiah, our Reedemer, is thus required. God wants his chosen to daily grow in sanctification, developing in the Character of God. Finding love and reassurance in the Messiah by grace through faith, God's remnant can become firmly rooted in Truth; receptive of the Seal of God (John 15:1-7, Eph 2:8, Eph 4:30). With guile-free mouths and blemish-free garments, those chosen, successfully withstanding the trials and tribulations without the aid of an intercessor, will be rewarded as God's precious gems, 144,000 in number (Rev 7:1-4). King James Version Only (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) Purging Unto Perfection, Sanctified By Faith By Sister Sabbay (October 10, 2008) Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works (Titus 2:14). The purpose of purging is to bring forth more fruit. As Christians, anything preventing the reproduction of the fruit of the Spirit will be purged by the Husbandman, God the Father (John 15:1). Gal 5:16-26 edifies that if we are walking in the flesh than the Spirit will not be reproduced. If we are walking in the flesh than a Spiritual walk is denied access and fulfillment. An unconverted person will manifest the works of the flesh. The purging process is to remove the unchrist-like characteristics (Gal 5:16-21). Anything that is not within the fruits of the Spirit is within the works of the flesh. All fleshly traits even that which is hidden from our view must be given up, purged, crucified (Gal 2:20). Purging is a cleansing process only active within an abiding relationship with Christ. Once we are abiding in Christ, purging will remove branches not bearing fruits. Any branch that beareth not fruits, hinders perfection of character. Trials and problems are used to purge us in our Christian walk. By focusing on Christ, the defects that hinder our character perfection will be removed by the Pruner, God the Father, the Husbandman. Whom the Lord loveth, he chaseneth (Heb 12:6). The works of the flesh must be purged out, so that the fruits of Spirit can be manifested. "My Father is the husbandman", thus it is God the Father that does the purging (John 15:1). Skillfully, God removes the sin from our lives, by grace through faith, as we faithfully trust in Him (Eph 2:8). God will remove all that He needs to remove. We need not fight against the providence of the Lord. Trials, a providence, enables the purifying process (Mal 3:1-3, Titus 2:14). Thus, by faith through grace and sanctification we must thank God for trials and tribulation. We must first be born again through the promises of God. Sufficient grace is given to a child born of God, overcoming sin (1John 3:9). Righteousness, virtue and knowledge are taught in 2 Peter 3-18, illustrating a process of sanctified advancement. Job, a man perfect and upright, endured trials, losing all his earthly wealth, yet through his hardship, he was purified, as gold tried in the fire (Job 1:1, Mal 3:1-3). The 144,000 must fully rest in the Lord, as their hardships will increase, engaging them in serious tests without an Intercessor. As Christians, our characters must be tested and tried. Heb 5 edifies that Christ is the Son of God, who was made in the flesh, yet suffered hardship, standing true with obedience to the Word. We will not be expected to go through trials that Christ Himself did not endure. How do Christians become perfect, you ask? It is through trials. Perfection of character is formed through suffering and hardship; a testing process that Abraham and Christ endured (Gen 22, Matt 36). Christ was perfect, remaining obedient through hardship and suffering. God the Father is the Husbandman and as per 1 Corinthians 10:13, He is faithful, providing the assurance that we will not be tempted beyond our tolerance. God the Father has promised us grace, allowing us to deal with such trials with a christ-like Heavenly Spirit (Heb 4:16). Grace is sufficient and more than enough for us, delivering us from trials. Deliverance can also be in the form of tolerance and resilience. There is no development of character without hardship. Every martyr was chosen by God for a Divine purpose, empowered by the Holy Spirit (Rom 1:20). Christ in the garden of Gethsemane, sweat drops of blood, pleading for the Father "O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt" (Matt 26:39). Our Savior endured pain for all of us, even those that pierced Him. Be encouraged, advance in sanctification; life challenges may be difficult, but keep the faith, for great is our reward in Heaven (Matt 5:11,12). Cited From Elder Ward's Message (Oct 10, 2008) Truth For The Final Generation TruthinJesus.org Power of God Over Appetite and Lust, Sanctified by Faith by Sister Sabbay (October 17, 2008) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's ( 1Cor 6:20) We are living in serious times, desperately requiring the Sealing of the Living God (Rev 7:1-4). Babylon has fallen, has fallen and we are not to be apart of Spiritual Babylon, abstaining from Babylonian ways, appetite and lusts, which are sinful and fleshly in nature (Gal 5:19-21, Rev 18:1-4). God's ways must be adhered to fully, without compromise. The most recent incident in the news, a tribute to Alfred E. Smith, televised by MSNBC News on October 16, 2008 in New York is evidence that we are on the verge of a New World reformation. Papal powers have beseiged Powerful American kingly/governing powers, the fruition and fulfillment of Rev 13:11-18. Presidential candidates Barack Obama and John Mccain joining with the Papal powers, a babylonian latent, deceptive ceremony, is evidence of Spiritual Babylon and America's conformity to such a earthly power, defying the word of God. Obama and Mccain's attendance at this reformed annual dinner is a testimony of Satan's plan to reform his babylonian movement. Obama and Mccain seated at both sides of the Papacy's Cardinal Edward M. Egan symbolizes babylonian fulfillment. "Cardinal Edward M. Egan of New York, who will preside at the dinner, called the dinner a splendid opportunity to recall the spirit of 'the happy warrior,' Gov. Al Smith." Jesuit Egan Courts Obama and Mccain at Alfred E. Smith Dinner "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name" (Rev 14:9-11). "Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus" (Rev14:12). The people of God must understand the seriousness of the times. We must evacuate spiritually from Babylon, following God with NO COMPROMISE. Seventh-day Adventists must reform their ways, teaching the world about the need to abstain from worldly, earthly appetites and lusts: unhealthful diets, smoking, drinking alcohol, dangerous meat eating, caffeine consumption, pornography, television addiction, romance novels, diabolical video games, cursing, worldly adornment, attending bars and worldly concerts, just to mention a few. The PERFECT, INFINITE POWER OF GOD , is our only way to receive the Sealing POWER of GOD (Rom 1:20). EGW writes, "Have you no sacrifice to make for God? Your record is daily passing up to God. Great dangers lie hidden in your pathway. If I could, I would take you in my arms and bear you safely over them; but this I am not permitted to do. You are in the most critical period of your life history. If you arouse the energies of the soul and direct them to securing things of eternal interest, and if you make everything subordinate to this, you will make a success of PERFECTING CHRISTIAN CHARACTER . You may all engage in the spiritual warfare against besetting sins, and you may, through Christ, come off victors. But it will be no child's play. It will be a stern warfare, involving self-denial and cross-bearing. The danger is that you will not fully realize your backslidings and your perilous condition. Unless you view life as it is, cast aside the brilliant fancies of imagination, and come down to the sober lessons of experience, you will awake when it is too late. You will then realize the terrible mistake you have made (Testimonies For The Church Vol 3 page 43). Accepting the message of RIGHTEOUSNESS BY FAITH, Seventh-day Adventists must focus on strengthening the true church of Christ, those that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ, adhering to the law and the testimony. We are truly living in the END TIMES and as the potential 144,000, we will need to be spiritually equip to withstand trials and tribulation (Rev 6:17). Be encouraged, as persecution will purify the faithful body of Christ (Mal 3:1-3, Tit 2:11-15, Rev 14:1-5), reserving their seat at the throne of God (Rev 3:21). King James Version (Audiobible by Alexander Scourby) A Vote for God's Administration: Sanctified By Faith by Sister Sabbay (October 20, 2008) Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence (John 18:36). As life progresses and the American election advances, a real question emerges in the mind of those concerned about the Character of God. Many have asked themselves, should a Christian vote for Political Governing Officials. Our choices are so far from the Character of God as realistically, the world of politics has no virtue or righteousness. Yet, as a body of believers, standing firm for the Character of God, we must have a voice and be heard. The Everlasting Gospel and the message of Victory over sin, which the bible was written to address, MUST BE TAUGHT TO ALL, EVEN THOSE WITHIN BABYLON (1Thess 5:23, Romans 1:16, 17). Obama, Mccain, Pahlin and Biden appear desperate for office, manifesting poor conduct and anti-social behavioral traits, as they seek to defame the character of each other. The foundation principles for the Kingdom of Heaven are found in Matthew Chapter 5, 6 and 7, outlining the proper behavior of God's Heavenly subjects. As an example for our time, Christ, our Messiah and Redeemer, seated at the right side of God the Father was a true Example of the Character of God (Rev 3:21). Let's examine The Desire of Ages for an answer regarding this real question, "SHOULD A CHRISTIAN VOTE FOR POLITICAL GOVERNING OFFICIALS": "The government under which Jesus lived was corrupt and oppressive; on every hand were crying abuses,--extortion, intolerance, and grinding cruelty. Yet the Saviour attempted no civil reforms. He attacked no national abuses, nor condemned the national enemies. He did not interfere with the authority or administration of those in power. He who was our example kept aloof from earthly governments. Not because He was indifferent to the woes of men, but because the remedy did not lie in merely human and external measures. To be efficient, the cure must reach men individually, and must regenerate the heart". "Not by the decisions of courts or councils or legislative assemblies, not by the patronage of worldly great men, is the kingdom of Christ established, but by the implanting of Christ's nature in humanity through the work of the Holy Spirit. "As many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." John 1:12, 13. Here is the only power that can work the uplifting of mankind. And the human agency for the accomplishment of this work is the teaching and practicing of the word of God" (Desire of Ages pg. 509). The Messiah stood clear of any worldly governmental influence, as He would be responsible for His endorsement of a Political Leader. Similarly, as citizens of a Country we must consider that we too will be responsible for who we vote into power. Desire of Ages by EGW Database Knowing The Time of Our Visitation: Sanctified By Faith by Sister Sabbay (October 20, 2008) And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes (Luke 19:41,42). This Wednesday October 22nd 2008, represents the 164th Anniversary for Christ, our Messiah's movement in the Heavenly Sanctuary's Holy place to the Most Holy place. Thus, God's work has been delayed for one hundred and sixty-four years: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me (Exo 20:5). EGW taught us that following the fulfillment of the 2300 day Prophecy we would not be under a time prophecy, however, the above quote regarding God's visitation upon generations is a COMMANDMENT , a legal and binding constitutional Heavenly law. We are thus bound to God's Character and Commandments as His remnant for ever (Psalms 111:7-11). As per Hebrews 3:7-11, in this instance, a generation is equal to forty years. 1st Generation (1844-1884) 2nd Generation (1884-1924) 3rd Generation (1924-1964) 4th Generation (1964-2004) Thus, we must understand that we are now in a new cycle of God's generation, as the Seventh-day Adventist Organization has now been exposed to this Great light since 1888, paralleling the 120 years of prophetic teaching and preaching prior to Noah's flood (to be considered). God acknowledged through His prophet EGW that the Righteousness By Faith Message was sent to heal the SDA church of its Laodicean Condition in 1888 four years into the 2nd Generation (Testimonies to Ministers pg 91,92). WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE TIMES THAT WE ARE LIVING IN.
